The process begins when you contact us. We offer a free pre-move survey. For local moves in Gurugram, our field supervisor visits your home to assess the volume of goods. For inter-city moves, we can also conduct a video survey. This allows us to estimate the number of boxes, the size of the truck required (14ft, 17ft, or 32ft container), and the packing materials needed.
Based on the survey, we provide a written quotation. We pride ourselves on having no hidden charges. The quote includes packing charges, labor cost, transportation, fuel, toll taxes, and loading/unloading fees. We also discuss optional transit insurance at this stage (typically 3% of declared value) to safeguard your goods against road accidents.
